His TV speech is due in 1.5 hours and he decided to do it from his church. Hmm... I don't know what he owes to god but he certainly owes helluva explanation to the people of Detroit. Especially, after a WEEK of silence! And, I'm afraid, Detroiters won't hear much besides "I'm sorry I lied" or "Carlita and I are going thru some tough times".We'll stay tuned.
