Apparently, Rudy Giuliani's PR firm has been hired by Vitaly Klychko to help him in his campaign to become Kyiv's mayor. Leaving aside the issue of Klychko's ability or (and I'm afraid, this would be the case) inability to run a megapolis with the population close to 3 million people, I just have one question: has Klychko or whoever is whispering advices into his ear read anything about Rudy's flop in the presidential campaign? I mean, not just a flop but plain stupidity mixed with denial - to skip campaigning in any state that help primaries before Florida and to bank the whole thing on Florida?
I just hope, Klychko has gotten a good discount on Rudy's company's services: usually, losers are inexpensive.
