The Iraqi government just demonstrated those people had not changed a single bit. They are same old barbarians, just like the one they executed. More troubling, those people are incapable of embracing universal values such as understanding that a human life is an ultimate value and should not be taken NO MATTER WHAT!
The Iraqis deserve their fate. They should stay there, in their country with its borders sealed until they either realize what they need to do get civilized or shoot each other to the last living person. And let us all just quit this "Iraq's further democratization" bullshit.
